奇梦达存储产品研发中心（苏州）有限公司位于奇梦达设在苏州工业园区负责组装和测试内存IC（后端）的奇梦达工厂内，距上海80公里, 重点进行全方位的产品研发，包括产品规格、电路设计以及面向计算机和消费类内存的应用测试, 为企业提供全套技术支持服务。

Job Description:
· Full on-silicon design verification and analysis of new Memory products on test systems and in customer applications
· Detailed electrical characterization of parameters specified in the data sheet
· Simulation and analysis of new product functionality together with responsible circuit designers
· Definition and programming of test contents and conditions for Memory production testing (wafer, component, and module)
· Continuous optimization of design and production test programs to achieve both high yield and excellent quality
· Development of creative analysis tools and program logistics
· Support of production sites on product specific or test programs related issues, optimization of test program run time
Requirements:
· Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
· Interest in computer hardware
· Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
· Good communication skills
· High grade of flexibility
· Highly motivated and passionate, willing to succeed in a fast industry
Experience, Knowledge:
· Computer knowledge: Windows, MS Office Software. UNIX knowledge beneficial
· Semiconductor device physics and circuit design know how appreciated
· Programming skills (preferably C++, Assembler) are beneficial
· High frequency measurement know how is beneficial
· Experience in DRAM test and analysis is desirable
· Experience in DRAM tester programming (Advantest) is desirable
Languages:
· English (good)
· Chinese language skills are beneficial
